Josh is a digital innovator, entrepreneur and co-founder of TVGenesis, leading the company as Chief Executive Officer. He is the former CEO of Blue Rooster Media, a multi-platform digital innovations agency based in Toronto. While with Blue Rooster, he co-founded WOMAN.ca, a social publishing platform, overseeing its growth from inception in 2008 to acquisition in 2010 by Transcontinental Media (TCL.A). Under Josh’s leadership, Blue Rooster acquired Shopflick.com, a do-it-yourself e-commerce marketplace from Sequoia-backed Sugar Inc., overseeing its growth and subsequent sale in 2010. Josh has a Bachelor of Science from McGill University and a Master’s degree in Epidemiology from the University of Toronto.

Andrew is a serial entrepreneur and angel investor with a focus on digital advertising and video technology. As CRO of TVGenesis, Andrew manages the growth of TVGenesis’ ad revenue as well as overseeing TVG’s ad revenue operations. Andrew is also co-founder and CEO of Black Ocean USA – a privately funded digital media accelerator which builds, operates and invests in businesses in high growth sectors including: digital video, e-commerce, mobile and social networking. Andrew is co-founder of Tremor Media, the leader in digital video advertising and presently, the web’s largest video ad network, in addition to having served as COO and Board Member of Tremor Media.

Yoav is a seasoned new media executive, angel investor and entrepreneur with over 12 years of experience in web publishing and digital community development. He holds a number of board and advisory roles including Castlevision Media Group, North Coast Media, Blue Rooster Media and TVGenesis. Prior to co-founding TVGenesis, Yoav was Chairman of Shopflick.com and WOMAN.ca. Previously, he was involved in the creation of some of the web’s most successful community properties including JDate.com and AmericanSingles.com as well as being the founder of Date.ca.
Yoav was in the Israeli Air Force and first arrived in North America twenty years ago to play in the NFL as a fieldkicker. He presently resides in Toronto.

Oliver is co-founder of Ocean Group, a private holding company, that has actively developed and operates businesses spanning private aviation, agriculture, real estate, technology and corporate finance. Oliver is also co-founder of Black Ocean, part of Ocean Group, an international technology company which builds, operates and invests in high growth sectors including: online video, e-commerce, mobile and social networking. Oliver studied at Oxford University. He lives in New York City and is fluent in 6 languages.
