Josh is a digital innovator, entrepreneur and co-founder of TVGenesis, leading the company as Chief Executive Officer. He is the former CEO of Blue Rooster Media, a multi-platform digital innovations agency based in Toronto. While with Blue Rooster, he co-founded WOMAN.ca, a social publishing platform, overseeing its growth from inception in 2008 to acquisition in 2010 by Transcontinental Media (TCL.A). Under Josh’s leadership, Blue Rooster acquired Shopflick.com, a do-it-yourself e-commerce marketplace from Sequoia-backed Sugar Inc., overseeing its growth and subsequent sale in 2010. Josh has a Bachelor of Science from McGill University and a Master’s degree in Epidemiology from the University of Toronto.
Andrew is a serial entrepreneur and angel investor with a focus on digital advertising and video technology. As CRO of TVGenesis, Andrew manages the growth of TVGenesis’ ad revenue as well as overseeing TVG’s ad revenue operations. Andrew is also co-founder and CEO of Black Ocean USA – a privately funded digital media accelerator which builds, operates and invests in businesses in high growth sectors including: digital video, e-commerce, mobile and social networking. Andrew is co-founder of Tremor Media, the leader in digital video advertising and presently, the web’s largest video ad network, in addition to having served as COO and Board Member of Tremor Media.
John has 25+ years of experience in senior finance and management positions with Fortune 500 and start‐up companies in the IT, media and financial services sectors. As a senior finance executive, he has arranged over $100 million in private/public financings and strategic transactions. John serves as CFO to Black Ocean USA and as in-house CFO for TVGenesis, managing all banking and corporate finance relationships.
As VP Operations for TVG, Bethany oversees the day to day functions of campaign, publisher and reporting management. Prior to TVG she spent 4 years with Tremor Media as the Director of Ad Operations. Bethany’s responsibilities included overseeing ad server management, reporting and margin optimization. She was also heavily involved in new product launches, targeting, and training as the operational point person. Previously, she held Ad Operations roles including Media Analyst and Campaign Manager positions at 24/7 Real Media. Here, she was responsible for optimization, training and revenue fulfillment. Bethany has a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the State University of New York at Albany.
Pablo has a decade long track record as a product development executive with Fortune 500 companies. He presently oversees all of TVGenesis’ product management and technology development. Prior to joining the TVG team, Pablo was Managing Director of Product and Content at Fox Pan American Sports, as well as Head of Production at Yahoo! where he headed the production team for the official World Cup Germany site for FIFA. Previous product management roles include Yahoo! where he managed Yahoo!’s partnership with Fox Sports and StarMedia Networks. Pablo has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Michigan.
Lindsey manages TVGenesis’ data reports, analysis and helps support digital ad operations. Previously, she worked with the intelligence team in data analysis and client services at The Fifth Network, an online video solutions company. Prior to this, she worked in data analysis and customer service at the Bank of America. She has a Bachelor of Science degree from Manhattan College.
